Customers can return an RTIC order and get a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date. Print a prepaid return label and ship your order back for free. However, sales of personalized products and cases are final.
Returns are free, but note that if your order was above $500, you will be charged a restocking fee of 15% of your original order cost.
